A lot of the TTC isn't very wheelchair accessible so I don't use it anyway, but a lot of people were really mad about it. It must have been really stressful during that strike. I don't know if you'd know about this, but in 2001 I think it was, we had a transit strike here in Vancouver. It lasted weeeeeeeks. Like, long enough for my MSc supervisor to start making threats if I didn't start appearing at work more often (I lived an hour away by bus, no car), for me to give up on where I was living and actually move closer, then for me to get in awesome shape over the summer, biking 40 min each way.
